Service

The prices quoted are for buffet service. Adam’s Ribs provides serving tables and coverings, all
serving pieces and high-quality disposable plates, forks, knives, napkins and wet-naps.

We know that your event is very special to you and that you want everything to be just right! Adam’s
catering consultants will work with you to be sure your choice is a good one, both appropiate for your
event and cost-effective. Our high standards of food and service, along with our careful thought and
planning ensure that all the details are taken care of.

Catering Menus

All BBQ, pit beef and mixed grill menus are served with cole slaw, BBQ’d baked beans, pasta salad,
rolls and butter. We serve for up to two hours (except for lunch and dinner menus for all day events).
Prices shown are per person, and a 6% sales tax must be added unless customer is a tax-exempt
organization.

The Golf Tournament

(and other day-long events)
$22.00 per person

Hot dogs, Italian sausage and BBQ sandwiches served before the tournament or "at the turn." We also serve kosher hot dogs and Italian sausages with onions and peppers.

BBQ baby-back ribs and chicken with side dishes are served after the tournament. Other custom combinations for lunch and dinner are available for your all-day events.
